We design and manufacture numerous types of pulleys and idlers (pulleys for unit material handling, special pulleys and idlers, pulleys for bulk material handling) for you on an order-specific basis and customized to your application. We specialize in pulley diameters up to Ø500 mm with tube lengths of up to 4,000 mm. Other sizes are available on request.
If required, we can optimize the design of your pulley after a design check using the latest standards and calculation methods. By using different laggings and coatings, the properties of the pulleys can be specifically improved so that their service life is significantly increased.
We are happy to supply you with the pulleys and idlers ready for installation - if required, also with mounted locking assemblies and bearing units from leading manufacturers.
