Optimum rollers for maximum loads and particularly high requirements:
 

• Roller tube turned over (machined), surface quality Ra= 12.5 µm, manufactured from longitudinally welded steel tube acc. to EN 10305-3, 
  restricted tolerances (Küpper standard), steel S235JR acc. to EN 10025-2;
• Concentricity ≤ 0.2 mm/m (average value of the total delivery)
• Forged bearing housing made of steel C15 acc. to EN 10267-2 or S235JR acc. to EN 10025-2
• Fit of the bearing seat in the bearing housing is IT7 acc. to EN ISO 286-1
• Shafts made from solid material acc. to EN 10083-2 or bending resistant hollow shaft made from precision tube with welded-in shaft ends
• Fit of the bearing seat on the shaft is IT6 acc. to EN ISO 286-1
   
• Deep groove ball bearing AKT acc. to DIN 625-1, 2Z shields, plastic cage, lubricated for life, greasing designed for specific applications
• Deep groove ball bearings 6306 - 6312
• Deep groove ball bearings ISO tolerance class PS acc. to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for deep groove ball bearings C4H acc. to DIN 620-4
   
• Spherical roller bearings AKT acc. to DIN 635-1, with cage made of steel or brass, greasing designed for specific applications
• Spherical roller bearings 21312 or 22312
• Spherical roller bearings ISO tolerance class P0 acc. to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for spherical roller bearings C3 acc. to DIN 620-4
   
• Additional inner seal made of high-quality material
• QLR hybrid seal: patented, lubricated for life, particularly effective when exposed to splash water and dust
• Additional seal (dust cover, rain protection cap and roller protector) for extreme conditions
• Optionally with weather shield (protection against blocking of the roller by jammed stones)
• Sound-optimized thanks to special sound insulating ring
