Dimensions and designs of belt conveyor rollers and their elements

Here you will get the overview of the standardized dimensions and designs of rollers for bulk material handling as well as their elements, which belong to our standard delivery program.

The most important standards in Germany for this are DIN 22107, DIN 15207-1, DIN 22112-1 and ISO 1537-1975. These specifications apply to all rollers and idlers of belt conveyors for bulk material handling, regardless of the place of use: whether upper run of the belt, lower run of the belt or the feed area. 

Due to the fact that many dimensions and properties of the support rollers are standardized, such rollers are also called "standard rollers".
