Hardened sprockets

We use hardened sprockets respectively sprockets with induction-hardened tooth flanks for chain driven conveyor rollers with sprockets that are used for conveying of unit loads, e.g. in a pallet conveyor.

This results in significantly higher wear resistance and consequently a much longer service life of conveyor rollers and less downtimes.

A positive side effect: this measure leads to lower frictional resistance and thus to a reduction in the energy consumption of the entire conveyor.
