Quality assurance in conveyor roller production

From a specialized medium-sized company that manufactures in Germany out of conviction the customers expect a high level of quality, which is only possible with a perfectly working quality assurance system. We have been meeting this expectation for decades - and can document this in black and white:

• Our quality management system has been continuously certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1997 and our factory standards go far beyond the existing DIN standards. Individual agreements and coordination regarding further test parameters are agreed with our customers as required.
• Thanks to our well-balanced machinery in conjunction with our highly qualified employees, we are able to manufacture both standard products and customized special solutions in 100% controlled quality - whether in small quantities or in large series.
• High degree of automation in our production, assembling and quality control allows us to say: "We manufacture with 100% quality assurance".
• A particularly important component of our quality assurance is the individual marking of the conveyor rollers for clearly product identification, which is necessary for a seamless documentation and traceability.
