Laboratory and field tests are an integral part of our approach to achieving maximum customer satisfaction. They are important sources of knowledge that we use to optimize and design our products. This enables us to guarantee the highest quality of our conveyor rollers and idlers and to ensure their optimum suitability for your applications.

Laboratory tests

We have our own laboratories with modern test rigs. At our Bottrop site, for example, we can test conveyor rollers in accordance with DIN 22112-3. This helps us to carry out all new developments quickly and economically.

Field tests

In addition, we carry out various field tests in cooperation with our customers in order to verify the product properties, which was previously calculated or determined in the laboratory, through tests under real operating conditions. Only when the high quality requirements placed on the product have been met in full and this has been confirmed by the results of the field test, the product goes into series production.

Such a procedure ensures maximum safety and provides the best basis for further investments. And in the end, it also ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction, which is very important to us.
