Type B - with quick release eyelet

The quick release eyelet gives the garlands idlers an extremely important feature - the ability to lower individual garlands quickly and easily during the operation. The garland will be lowered so that it is no longer in contact with the belt.

This is important if a critical defect on one of the conveyor rollers is detected: if a defective roller is detected, the affected garland can be lowered immediately in a few simple steps. This garland can then remain installed in the lowered position without any risks until the planned downtime of the conveyor. This effectively prevents unplanned downtimes and leads to a considerable increase in the efficiency of the entire conveyor belt system.

This also significantly increases the safety of the belt conveyors, as the risks posed by defect conveyor rollers are effectively reduced.
