As one of 132 international exhibitors we have presented our latest developments, such as the "Sensing Idler" and samples of the "xForce Composite" roller.
"Sensing Idler" – a smart and flexible monitoring system for belt conveyors. This system, developed in in cooperation with the Institute of Logistics and Material Handling System (ILM) at the Otto-von-Guericke-University (OVGU), warns belt-conveyor operators of an impending roller failure at an early stage.
"xForce Composite" – a roller made of a composite material that allows a weight reduction of over 50 %.This roller, in the full sense of the word, simplifies roller exchanges for belt-conveyor operators and, thanks to a considerably lower wear, offers a significantly higher service life than plastic rollers.
